What is the effect of temperature on the rate constant of a reaction? How can this temperature effect on rate constant be represented quantitatively?

Question 4.7: What is the effect of temperature on the rate constant of a reaction? How can this temperature effect on rate constant be represented quantitatively?
Answer
For a chemical reaction the rate constant is nearly doubled with we increase the temperature by 10°C
This effect is represented by Arrhenius equation,

Here
k = rate constant
A = Arrhenius factor or the frequency factor
R = Gas constant
T = Temperature in Kelvin
Ea = Activation energy of chemical reaction
